LAMB #74 – The Film Fiend

by Dylan · April 17, 2008 · New LAMB · No Comments

Site Name: The Film Fiend

What is the main focus of your site (reviews, editorials, news, lists, etc.)?
The purpose of The Film Fiend is to spread the gospel of B-movies, obscure foreign flicks, gore-soaked horror trash, and second-tier action movies to the masses, all the while keeping in mind that, yes, I am watching garbage.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I just enjoy writing about disposable cinema, nothing more. If people enjoy reading it, that’s icing on the proverbial cake.

Do you prefer an interactive ‘community’ for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
While I don’t necessarily require participation, I certainly don’t mind it. If you agree or disagree with my review, by all means, let me know about it.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
The Film Fiend started about three years ago. Before that, I wrote for a horror-based website called Horror, Madness, & Mayhem. I try to post at least three times a week, give or take one or two.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Brazil, Nothing, & Above the Law.
