LAMB #1187 – I Love That Film

by Rachel · December 19, 2011 · New LAMB · 2 Comments

Site Name: I Love That Film
Categories: Reviews, General, News, Horror, Lists, (Other) Academic
Rating: R

What is the main focus of your site?
Spreading the joy of films. I just want everybody to know what I’m loving currently, what I can’t wait for and what I’ve loved in my film viewing past. I’m a big horror fan and I get more excited about trailers than I do about actual films quite often.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I love being part of the film blogging community and sharing my love of film with the so many other devoted film lovers out there. I’d love to write about film for a living… who wouldn’t?

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactive! I love reading and commenting on others blogs and I love knowing that others are reading mine. Film loving is subjective and I’d love to hear from people that agree, disagree, like and can’t stand what I say. The more the merrier.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
I have been posting properly since March 2011 and I post on average twice a week.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Three? Ouch! 1. Fight Club 2. City of God 3. Titanic

How did you hear about the LAMB?
Not sure but I see the logo on many of the blogs I visit.

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
What’s with the name? I use the word love a lot. I’m a lover not a critic and I wanted the name of the blog to reflect that.

    Hi there and welcome!
I love your optimistic, positive approach. Sometimes bloggers whine so much that we forget what makes us blog about films in the first place: the fact that we love them.
