What is the main focus of your site?
The main focus of my blog is to share my movie going experiences and my info gathering around the Oscars.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I’m trying to share my thoughts on movies and Oscar season. I don’t do the typical movie review; I do not like giving away details of a movie, it takes away from seeing the movie if you’ve read too much. It would be a big dream come to true make a profession out of my blogging though at this time I do not think it is realistic.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I am not sure which I prefer, I do not think that I have had the readership to make the call. I like feedback and comments but I do not take criticism well, so maybe that’s teacher-student, though I have a lot to learn so that seems a strange definition for me.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
My blog has been active since June 2010. I post several times a month, more during the Oscar months, Dec, Jan and Feb.
