My blog has been active since October 2011. I post almost 1-2 times a week.

Thank you! I’m afraid I did not create the mosaic background, I stumbled across it online and edited a little to fit on my site 🙂
What stood out to me is how sustainable habits matter more than chasing a perfect routine for two weeks. Fitness and health feel much more attainable when they become part of everyday life rather than another source of pressure.
