What is the main focus of your site?

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
First, because I’ve always reviewed films as a hobby in various forums, I wanted a central compendium. Second, I wanted the write a blog for folks who want a different, more practical slant on movies.

I love comments and a discussion of a movie.
