| What is the main focus of your site? | I find obscure movies from Netflix that I should have seen and pick them randomly from a hat. I don’t necessarily review movies but discuss what their reason for existence may be (artistic, monetary, none whatsoever). I make fun of and revere many movies, both current and past. |
| What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? | I am a fiction writer who finds it helpful to explore my personal voice outside of storytelling. The blog is a good way to keep me creative while novels are slow-going. Also, I eat, sleep and breathe movies. I love them so much. And I love destroying the bad/hollow movies that have it coming. I eventually want to be a published novelist, but I enjoy communicating my personal ideas with the blogosphere on a regular basis. |
| Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? | I like interacting with other bloggers. My main reason for writing is to play with voice and exercise the funny bone. But I have built relationships with other bloggers that make me feel warm and fuzzy, so I am seeking out more of a conversation than I currently have. |
| How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) | It’s been active for about 14 months. I took a break for about three months or so after I fell into a serious relationship. But, with summer movies coming out, I’m back on the blogging bandwagon. I update as often as I can. Usually twice a week. |

(optional) | Though I tend to have a pretty vulgar way of going about discussing my feelings on movies, I like to keep the discussion honest and intelligent. The blog is more of a journey into the corners of cinema I’ve never experienced while juxtaposing that with the best schlock possible in the multiplex. Oh, and I LOVE trashy movies and I despise misogyny. |
