What is the main focus of your site? Films made in Hollywood from 1920-1970.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? I believe that the films made in the old Hollywood studio system make up a great American art form, and my blog is designed to celebrate and, hopefully, help my readers appreciate and understand these films.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? My blog is more teacher/student, but I prefer to think of it more as a guide. For example, if someone has never seen The Third Man (1949), and they want to understand the Dutch angles or zither, my film noir guide should help them understand the reasons behind director Carol Reed’s choices.
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) My site has been active since November 2014, and I post an average of two to three times per week.
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). The Third Man
Safety Last!
The Great Beauty
Name a movie you hate!! Honestly, I can’t think of any. Every film is a learning experience.
How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? I heard about LAMB from Virginie Pronovost of The Wonderful World of Cinema and Crystal Kalyana Pacey of In the Good Old Days of Classic Hollywood.
Other question Thanks for your consideration.
