| What is the main focus of your site? | Quirky reviews celebrating Classic American Cinema |
| What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? | I am actively vlogging with the goal of turning my endeavors into a professional, paid gig. |
| Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? | I prefer an interactive community. The feedback and dialogue among other movie geeks is awesome! |
| How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) | My site has been active for over a year. I post a few times a month. |
| Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). | Singin’ in the Rain – my ALL TIME FAVORITE! Rocky (1976) – I’m a sucker for an underdog. Forrest Gump – obviously another underdog. If you don’t like Forrest Gump, something is just wrong with you. |
| Name a movie you hate!! | The Birds, only because I still have nightmares! |
| How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? | I’ve been reading Blogs for years and found that the LAMB kept coming up over and over – just too comprehensive and impossible to ignore & mostly because I’m a giant geek and LOVE the connection to other geeks. |
| Other question | I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time plopped on the couch in front of the TV and in a seat at the local movie theater watching anything and everything. I remember exactly when and where I’ve seen every movie and can tell you who I was with and what I was wearing. I am dead serious.
I parlayed my love of cinema into a film degree from the USC School of Cinematic Arts with an emphasis in Critical Studies. So when I tell you that I’ve seen everything, studied everything, and analyzed everything ad nasaum, I’m 100% legit. I once wrote a term paper about the importance of thematic tones in costume design and how it instrumentally shaped the plot line of the 1990 legal thriller Presumed Innocent starring Harrison Ford. Yup. I have been a film and television actor for over 10 years and believe that these qualifications give me a unique perspective on film and on the entertainment industry as a whole. |
