What is the main focus of your site?

To provide an introduction to Asian cinema. Each episode highlights a different film as well as providing further viewing recommendations.

From Anime and Arthouse classics, through to Kung fu and the downright random, we cover it all.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?

Promote Asian Cinema and encourage more people to check out the cinema we adore. At the same time it provides a way for us to cross titles off our own watchlists.

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?

We fall somewhere in the middle as while we love to provide an accessible approach to these films, especially in a market heavy on shows trying to out-geek each other, at the same time it’s fun to have a community to discuss these films with and find more films we might otherwise have missed.

How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.)

3 years. New episodes are produced every two weeks.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).

Battle Royale
In The Mood For Love
My Sassy Girl

Name a movie you hate.

Stephen = Hard Boiled
Elwood = The Place Promised In Our Early Days

How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one?

Elwood is a long time member so just bringing in another member of the family.

Is there an article on your site you are particularly proud of that you would like the LAMB to promote?

Our top 50 Asian cinema. We both picked our own top 25 Asian cinema to create a truly unique top 50, especially as we ignored the usual titles which make every list and instead focused on movies we actually like!
