What is the main focus of your site?

In each season of “The Best Picture Podcast” we pick a year at random and spend each episode focusing on a film that was nominated for the Best Picture Oscar that year.  At the season’s conclusion, we announce our personal rankings and decide if the best picture really did win.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?

We plan to become rich and famous beyond the dreams of avarice and rule the world.

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?

Calling us “teachers” is a bit much, and I pity anyone who actually might have a teacher like us, we like to talk and let others listen.

How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.)

We’ve only been around for about a month, and have dropped episodes each week of that month.  There are breaks in between seasons while we watch and record about the films for the next season.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).

Ed Wood
The Godfather
Jaws

Name a movie you hate.

Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors

How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one?

Sean, one of our co-hosts, is the host of “The 1001 Movies Podcast“, which is a member of the LAMB.

Additional question or comments:

They really need to make pizza rolls that have more cheese in them.  Someone get on that.
