Before anyone says anything about the post title, I know that monkeys and apes are different things, but when there’s a simian-centric movie out the same week as a be-careful-what-you-wish-for horror, well there’s only one direction I’m going in pun-wise. Two very different movies for you this week. One is a big superhero sequel/reboot that could well be the best entry within its franchise, and the other predominantly features Casey Affleck wearing a sheet, and includes an interminably slow scene in which Rooney Mara eats a pie.
