LAMB #107 – Killed by Dreck

by Dylan · June 9, 2008 · New LAMB · No Comments

Site Name: Killed by Dreck

What is the main focus of your site (reviews, editorials, news, lists, etc.)?
The focus of my site is movie reviews and I soon hope to feature media downloads.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
My goal is to talk about movies that I enjoy, and to encourage others to share opinions on the titles reviewed. Making the site somewhat interactive, and hope to feature downloads in the future to make it a somewhat worthwhile site.

Do you prefer an interactive ‘community’ for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
I’m all for input. In no way am I a dictator, and welcome everyone’s comments.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
This is my first time as a blogger, so please be gentle. As they say… practice makes perfect. I hope to perfect my skills.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Georges Franju’s Eyes without a Face, Wes Craven’s Last House on the Left and Tom Basham’s The Psychopath.

How did you hear about the LAMB?
I was told about LAMB through a search.

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
Why bother wasting my time with such a site for films of that aren’t up to par with cinematic classics?

I’m not jaded or pretentious yet, and enjoy having fun watching movies. Even such overrated classics have their fare share of exploitation. Birth of a Nation is critically lauded but is really a race hate film. Dreck!
