LAMB #211 – Electronic Cerebrectomy

Site Name: Electronic Cerebrectomy
Categories: Reviews, News, Editorials, Humor, General
Rating: NC-17

What is the main focus of your site?
My blog is more dilettantish than focused; I’m bouncing all over the place from movies to Muppets to politics to glamour photography to anything else I feel like doing that day.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
My blog started as a way to blow off steam from my university classes, but now it’s become my writing outlet and a way to connect.

Do you prefer an interactive ‘community’ for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
I like to have an interactive community.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
I started off thinking I was only going to blog about pop culture; Electronic Cerebrectomy went up in January 2005 with a bad National Lampoon reference, and it’s been going strong ever since. I post every day, usually several times a day.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
One, Two, Three

How did you hear about the LAMB?
I seem to know several bloggers who are a part of it.

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.

I’ve been checking in at Samurai Frog’s site for a while now and always enjoy the visits. A couple of posts a day for several years is no small accomplishment- in fact, I usually go away with a bit of a blog inferiority complex.

Cheers to the wonderful addition of Cerebrectomy to the LAMB!
