Obscure zombies, memorable births, embarrassing theatrical trips, and standalone superheroes…in other words, it was high time for another Roll Your Own Top 5 episode, and I must say, the LAMBcasters came through with another batch of interesting lists. On hand for the shenanigans this time around were Dylan, Nick, Dan Heaton and Fredo.
Also on tap:
* Rants of the Week
* Raves of the Week
* Last LAMB Standing

Thanks for listening!

Hey! Tom Arnold was awesome in “True Lies”!

You guys did a good job this time of reminding us which roll your own each of you were doing. (the last time I listened to one I got confused on which lists were which).
Also, I’m looking forward to “Bambi’s Mom: The Movie!”
Its official you really don’t want me to win a LLS, I would have totally crushed you on Meg Ryan. Its not that many actors I can say that about…
Nick, your LLS Ryan Reynold’s loss is simply unacceptable. The whole time I was silently yelling “I know you’ve seen more than that!”
Kudos to Dylan for naming Children of Men as the #1 birth scene. Not only is the birth such an extremely important plot point, but it was shockingly realistc for what it showed.
Joel, it was sad for me to forget so many from Meg Ryan in LLS. City of Angels, French Kiss, I.Q., and a lot more slipped my mind. You would have definitely outlasted me. I was glad to win Ryan Reynolds, but I’m sure Nick probably deserved it given his knowledge.
I really like this Top 5 plan – heard about a bunch of films I haven’t heard of (especially thanks to Nick and Fredo), so that’s cool. I’ve been eyeing The Horde on Netflix, so with your rec, I might jump in and check it out.
I would’ve KILLED YOU on Meg Ryan. Ryan Reynolds, not so much. I also would’ve won Nicole Kidman a few weeks back, too. Not sure what this says about my movie taste. 🙂
