This may be a stupid question, and if so I apologize in advance; however, is it required that we vote in every category? Also, is it required that we provide the full number of Best films, actors, etc.?
No, you don’t have to vote in every category or give a full list for the ones you do vote in. All I ask is that you number your choices 1-10 (Favorite at #1, of course) for Best Picture and 1-5 for everything else because that’s how the votes are counted.
And that’s not a stupid question at all!
