What is the main focus of your site?
We were inspired by the Slate Movie Club, so we hold roundtables of the current movie scene and other topics. We also hold blogathons, and we are going to be more active in publishing reviews and commentaries.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
We want to bring out intelligent criticism and diverse opinions not only on mainstream Hollywood cinema but arthouse and indie cinema as well.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I prefer an interactive blog.
