What is the main focus of your site? | To build an archive of writings on movies, music, books, and other media. My posts range from general reviews to fun lists. I also hope to introduce readers to obscure gems from the worlds of cinema and music. |
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? | I blog as a way to keep track of movies I’ve seen over the years but more importantly, Coolsville is a place where I can practice my writing and channel my inner film critic! |
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? | Interactive, for sure. I’m no expert – I’m just another voice in the film blogging world and we’re all on the same level (no superiority). |
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) | Coolsville began in early 2010 and I try to post once a month. |
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). | 1. Return To Oz 2. The Great Dictator 3. The Silence of the Lambs |
Name a movie you hate!! | Cop & ½ |
How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? | Jason from yourfaceisa.com |
Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above. (optional) | Coolsville rarely includes reviews of new releases, but one can expect to discover a variety of movies from past to present. I’m drawn to classic cinema and independent film the most. |
