What is the main focus of your site? Mostly reviews. I try to keep my them in-depth but readable and a little funny/quirky. Every now and then I feature a film rant about something that’s been bothering me (latest was post-synchronized sound. ugh.)
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? I really love movies and I really love writing. I like advising people about films that are excellent as well as steering them away from movies that aren’t that great. I like to entertain and advise.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? My set-up is mostly teacher-student I supposed, but I wouldn’t mind banter either! I like to hear other people’s opinions about things and don’t shy away from discussion.
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) About three years. My first post was 8/8/2010.
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). Oh boy. That’s like asking a parent to pick a favorite kid. In no particular order: Coraline, Gone With the Wind, and Moonstruck.
Name a movie you hate!! Silent Hill 2. Terrible.
How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? Through one of my followers. Gregory Roy at Film Clatter.
Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above. (optional) My mind is so frequently overloaded with film trivia and opinions that I’d love the chance to expose them to and discuss them with fellow cinephiles 🙂
