Do you even remember this one? It sorta got lost in the shuffle when Dylan stepped down and I took over back in October. Actually, it sorta got lost in the shuffle during voting, because we had a record low of 5 voters chime in. I was going to just skip over the results, but that wouldn’t be fair to the five LAMBs who took time to make their lists and vote.
So here are the LAMB’s Top 10 9 Chick Flicks (1st place votes in parentheses):
7. Gentlemen Prefer Blondes-9 points from 1 vote (0)
7. Show Me Love-9 points from 1 vote (0)
7. High Fidelity-9 points from 1 vote (0)
6. Gone with the Wind-10 points from 1 vote (1)
4. The Women (1939)-17 points from 2 votes (1)
4. The Devil Wears Prada-17 points from 3 votes (0)
2. The Princess Bride-18 points from 3 votes (1)
2. Love Actually-18 points from 2 votes (1)
1. 500 Days of Summer-19 points from 2 votes (1)

Big thanks to our five voters!
And now we’re going to tell the world what we really thought of film in 2010. It’s time for our 4th Annual LIONs for LAMBs Awards. I want to know what your best and worst films of the year were, plus some fun extras, like actor, actress, director, poster and loads more. Out of twelve categories, there is only one change from last year’s awards.
The poll is now up and all LAMBs will be able to vote through February 10th. The results will begin on February 16th, with one category posted every day, and end with the Top 10 on February 27th, the day of the 87th Academy Awards.
Let’s get more than 5 voters this time (don’t make me beg). Go vote!
