Hello Lammies
This entry is going to be really short, and for that I apologize. I finally started a new job and have not had time to fully prepare this week’s entry. Next week there will be no Trailer Trash article because of the work load I have. I promise to be back the following week with a fresh look at some upcoming previews.
Let’s get to the small list of tasty, trailer tidbits.
Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2. 11/16/2012
Now that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are no longer a couple, will this movie suffer at the box office because of that? I really don’t think so. This franchise is a pretty big one, and I really doubt that Lionsgate will let their biggest cash cow die after this installment.
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. 01/11/2013
I’m sure I covered this trailer before, but this new one is pretty bad ass. This looks like it could be a nice action filed flick with Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton as the famed fairy tale siblings who take on witches. I don’t know why witches are being so hated in this one. After all the little shits ate her house and destroyed her property value. I hate to think of the cost and preparation that it took to make siding out of gingerbread.
Wuthering Heights. 10/05/2012
Never had much interest in this story until I saw this trailer. This looks to be quite a beautiful adaption of a classic novel. Andrea Arnold who in 2009 gave us “Fish Tank” writes and directs this new version.
Francine. Release date Pending
Mellisa Leo plays a woman who has just been released from either jail or some hospital and has to adjust to life in the real world. She collects a lot of different pets in this preview of which some she keeps and others she euthanizes. Critics are giving her performance a lot of praise, and I’m sure she will be great. I just have little interest in seeing this movie.
Be back in a few weeks. Have a good one.
