What is the main focus of your site? | I love film and try to highlight those that I think deserve a bigger audience. My reviews are generally positive, as I select what I want to see. I’m never assigned the task of reviewing something that I don’t expect to like. |
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? | My goals are to strengthen my writing skills, increase my film knowledge, and build my following. I would love to review films for a living, but it appears to be a dying art. |
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? | I’ll happily interact with anyone and encourage anyone to comment if they have something to say. |
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) | The site opened on April 25, 2011. I used to post new content daily, but it tends to be weekly now that I am working full time. |
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). | Mulholland Drive Pulp Fiction My Neighbor Totoro |
Name a movie you hate!! | Little Man |
How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? | I don’t recall exactly, but it was because one of my blogger friends posted a link on their site. |
Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above. (optional) | Honesty is important to me. I never inflate the score of something I review. My content is supposed to be serious and professional, so I don’t swear or make many frivolous comments. Some of the video links do contain foul language if that’s something which concerns you. |
