You can tell when the big summer blockbuster season begins each year, because we here at the Lambcast start pulling out the shows on new releases, another of which will be along next week too. For now though, you’ve just got a discussion about a film starring a 350 foot tall monster to tide you over.

Host Jay Cluitt was joined by Robert Zerbe, Will Slater (whose Godzilla review can be read here) and Nick Rehak (whose review can be found here) to tear the movie apart like a skyscraper. Be warned, this is a spoiler-heavy podcast, so if you haven’t seen the film (and you probably should) then go right ahead and skip to minute 39 of the show, when we give our final ratings and move on to a very spirited edition of Rants and Raves of the week, followed by some bouts of Last Lamb Standing.
