Lambscores: Logan’s Pun

Superhero movies, we get a bunch of ’em every year, and so far 2017’s releases have been enjoyably different from the standard origin stories or more-of-the-same-but-more sequels. The Lego Batman Movie was immensely fun and refused to take itself (or anything, really) seriously for a second (in my opinion it should be topping the Lambscores board by a considerable margin) and now we have James Mangold’s closing of the Wolverine trilogy with Logan. It’s a bloody, foul-mouthed but relatively straight road trip movie that ties a satisfying bow on Hugh Jackman’s run as the character. Here’s what the LAMB community had to say:

If you want to get involved, here’s how LAMBScores work: Over in the LAMB Forums there’s a sub-board called LAMBScores. If you’ve written a review or recorded a podcast on a new release, find (or create) the thread there, and leave a link to your review, along with your site name and a score out of 5. Three weeks after the film has received a wide release the reviews will be collated and posted here, as long as there are at least five.
