This week we celebrate the 800th episode of the LAMBcast with a rousing draft competition. The Shepard is joined by five other Lambs (imagine that, we found five guys willing to talk about sports). There is joy in being able to chose the films that were most desired, and disappointment when someone else snagged the movie you were hoping would drop to you in a later round.

It really is a chance for us to champion films that we see as worthy of attention and play a game at the same time. So listen in and find out why Matt Poirier , the Direct to Video Connoisseur has both one of the great films of the last century and an obscure Dolph Lungren movie on his list. Try to figure out what Justin Gott, formerly of Los Angeles, formerly of the Ramblin’Ramblers, and still a Suns fan, is doing by picking what he himself describes as a bad film. Come and marvel at the immaculate choices made by Richard with quality films in five different sports. Cheer on Todd Liebenow of the Forgotten Filmcast with his bold selection of Martial arts inspired soccer and cartoon car racing. Admire the boldness of Dave Anderson of the Free Kittens Movie Guide as he chooses the best football movie on the list, and the worst baseball film in the draft. Finally, notice the wild swings that Aaron Neuwirth takes in trying to continue his streak of winning these draft polls.
Ultimately you decide, look for the companion poll that will allow you to weigh in on our slates, it will be available soon and you can vote through the end of February.
