LAMBcast #96: The Muppets

by Dylan · December 11, 2011 · LAMBcast, Podcasts · 7 Comments

I say every week that the LAMBcast loves having new blood on the show, and I mean it. This week, we get two more newbies to the show, in the form of Brian of and Dan of Fog’s (that’s pronounced ‘foges’) Movie Reviews. In the coming weeks, we’ll have even more, including (le gasp) some more women! You guys keep getting interested in the show, we’ll keep finding ways to get you all in.

This week, we take a very deep look at the new Muppet movie. Keep an ear out for Dan’s very exuberant entrance to the show. Also on hand were host Dylan and Fredo.

Also on tap:

* Rants of the Week
* Raves of the Week
* Last LAMB Standing

If you’re interested, you too can be a LAMBcaster – we love new blood! For more information on the LAMBcast, check out the topic at the LAMB Forums. Music provided royalty-free by Kevin MacLeod’s Incompetech website. Big thanks to Kevin for providing this service. The LAMBcast loves feedback, too. Either here in the comments section or to or to our Facebook page. Also, we’re on iTunes, and would still love a review, even if it’s a bad one.

Thanks for listening!

  1. JoelB says:

    Sounds great. Is it much spoilers in the Muppet discussion?

  2. JoelB says:

    Sorry for the double comments but its really awesome with all new Lambs being on the Lambcast.

  3. Dylan says:

    Yeah, it’s a bit spoilery, but probably nothing you couldn’t guess.

  4. I must be one of those people without a soul because I wasn’t planning on seeing The Muppets (or at least, wasn’t planning on paying to see it in theaters). I’m still not completely sold, but after listening to your reviews I won’t put up as much of a fight if any of my friends (some of whom do have souls) try to drag me along.

    Great podcast all!

  5. Dan Heaton says:

    Wow, I would have loved to battle you guys on Nicolas Cage, especially after doing the big marathon last summer. So many great choices. Sean Connery would have been a battle too, especially given my Bond knowledge.

    Nice podcast, guys!

  6. Joel Burman says:

    Dan: Agreed on Connery. It might have been my best shot at winning a LLS so far.

  7. Alan says:

    NeverTooEarly — I’m right there with you. Maybe on DVD at some point.
