Ah, Halloween, that one day a year when I’m split between the three-way ultimatum of heading out into a world filled with drunken, costumed, sticky depravity, hiding in my home with the lights off or opening myself up for the possibility of interaction with children, yet for some reason the rest of the world seems to embrace it. Thus, to round out October’s month-long devotion to the horror genre, we’ve rounded up a gang of horror fans, plus myself, to talk about some horror films we’ve seen recently.
Jay Cluitt was joined by Daniel Lackey, Heather Baxendale, Mette Kowalski and Lindsay Street to talk zombies, vampires, burial grounds and masked killers, with a few tangents towards torture and non-waterproof beasties as well. We also dug into a round of Rants and Raves of the Week, as well as a couple of games of Last Lamb Standing.
