The latest Movie of the Month has been decided upon!

It’s almost a tradition at this point that January’s Movie of the Month winner is a film that’s, for some reason or another, deemed not great by most people. There have been exceptions, but just like with American cinemas January could be seen as a kind of dumping ground for films people don’t necessarily want to watch. Not so for January 2019! This year we’ll be kicking off the MOTM calendar with a well regarded Spanish comedy/drama, Talk To Her!

Congratulations go to Rebecca Sharp from Almost Ginger, who successfully championed Talk To Her to victory, and as such gets to host the upcoming Lambcast show dedicated to it. If you have any reviews, features or podcasts on Talk To Her, please send a link to Jay (thelambcast(at)gmail.com) by Monday January 7th, and they will be linked to on the LAMB site along with the podcast episode.

Almost Ginger will be ineligible to champion a MOTM contender for the next three months. Hollywood Consumer still has two months of ineligibility left. Moustache Movie News will be ineligible for one more month. Rantings and Ravings is now eligible again.

Only the Lambcast co-host Richard will be championing films for February, bit if you would like to submit a film for March’s Movie of the Month, get in touch!
