The wait is finally over, theaters are open, and the MCU is back with the first film from Phase 4, or is it the last film in Phase 3? You will have to decide because there is a lot of looking back but also much to look forward to.
After having been moved around on the release schedule at least three times, Richard managed to keep the fols who were originally scheduled to be on the show back in 2020 on this podcast. We even added some who were backups because hey, everyone had something to say about this movie once it escaped pandemic purgatory.
The five posers who joined us this week are James Wilson, Cameron Kanachki, Jeanette Ward, Howard Casner and D.J. Valentine. We talked about the plot, the action, the storyline and how it fits into the MCU, but mostly we talked about Florence Pugh, who seems to be the hero of the future, plus she has pockets.
You should come and listen to see what mysteries from Natasha Romanoff’s past get revealed. You may want to discover how we felt about the manipulation of innocents by technology, and whether pig torture is an appropriate form of messaging. Did you know this was a comedy? We all laughed quite a bit, and some of it was even purposeful. It’s hard to imagine why you would skip this episode of the Lambcast, we rave about westerns, rant about rabbits and needlessly vent about Sutherland neglect. Do you want to know more?
