We had to move your reservations to the second week, but we can seat your entire party now. The highly anticipated Menu includes seven courses: Introductions, Discussion, Spoilers, Lambscores, Rants/Raves/Reviews, The Game and Plugs. This week, Howard Casner is the Maître d’ and he will lead you through a delightful meal featuring Ralph Fiennes, Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult.
If you are a foodie, a server, a consumer or an unexpected guest, be prepared for some surprises and some dark humor pointed in your direction. Lisa Leaheey, James Wilson and Tony Coogan are the sous chef, chief steward and pastry chefs for your meal this week. All of them contribute ingredients to make the meal a memorable one.
Howard expresses everyone’s desire to see the Ralph Fiennes outtakes, and Lisa suspends disbelief enough for the whole cast of this week’s show. Tony and James indulge in a bowl full of absurdism and follow it up with a palate cleaner of nihilism. Maybe the satire is a little cloudy, but that is just the cream in the coffee, sweetening the meal for easier consumption.
Don’t let Howard’s amateurs’ attempt at business accounting, distract you from the main course or the accompaniments. The us vs. them mentality of the antagonists should be enough to stimulate the taste buds without overwhelming the olfactory senses.
Prepare to enjoy and remember to save room for dessert, the show will leave you wanting S’more.
