Get ready to exercise your tear glands, the final chapter in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy ha hit theater screens, and it hits our cast of guests this week as well. Of course it is not all sadness and gloom, this is after all the franchise that made the MCU not just great, but fun. There is plenty of fun to be had here as well. Jeanette Ward, Nick Rehak, and Amanda Kirkham, share their favorite scenes, comment on the emotional beats and do a ranking of the series as well. We go spoiler free for almost half an hour, but if you have already seen the film, you can dive in without any worry.
Everyone has some favorite characters and moments from the film, and you get some high praise for the villain of the piece, the The High Evolutionary is well played by another actor from the Royal Shakespeare Company, classing up the joint and making our blood boil in anticipation of our heroes taking him down. ” Screw you, you stretch-faced, RoboCop looking, purple nurple piece of… “
