It’s time to announce the next Movie of the Month winner! For April we celebrate a franchise, but in recent years we’ve expanded that word’s definition to include loose series based on production studios or an original film and its various remakes. For this April we had five varied options. Four of them were tradition franchises, but the winner is a remake-a-palooza, for the original Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956) and its three remakes in 1978, 1993 and 2007!

Congratulations go to Howard Casner from Pop Art for successfully championing The Invasion of the Body Snatchers and its remakes to victory, and as such he gets to host the upcoming Lambcast dedicated to them. Here’s the voting breakdown for the poll:
