The last few months have seen a shortage of guests for discussions of new releases. The specialty shows seem pretty popular, and the MOTM usually draws enthusiasts, but new films are tricky. In an effort to meet the needs of the community, for the next few months we will only be covering one new release a month. It seems reasonable that you choose what you want to talk about. Between now and the end of May, you can vote in the two polls...

It’s the end of an era on the Lambcast. Jay has hosted since episode 200, but he’s now heading off for pastures new, and leaving Richard the keys to the Lambcast paddock. In commemoration, he threw himself a leaving party and invited all your favourite Lambcast guests to join in the fun! This show is the longest in Lambcast history, over 4 hours of mostly film-related nonsense and entertainment, enjoy!

We know there’s a new Bond film out there, somewhere, being kept hidden until the world is a little more normal. Fine. Double sadness on the Lamb this week. The original cinematic James Bond, Sean Connery has passed away and “No Time to Die” is not opening as it should. In order to combat the blues created by these twin misfortunes, we present a light-hearted discussion of all things James Bond.
Jay and Richard were joined by fellow Bond enthusiasts Jeanette Ward, Mark Hofmeyer, MovieRob and David Brook, to participate in an elaborate fantasy...

Round 2 of October’s MOTM poll tournament is here! There were some tightly fought bouts in the first round, but only four films can move on, so let’s take a look at the results from round 1:
There we go, the four films moving on are Trick R Treat (2007), Mandy (2018), Candyman (1992) and Host (2020). It’s possible there’s some recency bias on display as the newest film in each match-up has proceeded onto...
