If it seems as though we just keep getting more and more ambitious with these lookbacks/retrospectives…well, that’s pretty much true. That said, we’re not insane. The Coen Brothers had 15 films in their filmography prior to Inside Llewyn Davis; as much as we might have liked to watch all 15, that would make for at least a four-hour podcast, to say nothing of the time involved in watching/rewatching all of them...
The sequel was years overdue, so why shouldn’t the podcast about the sequel be a few days late as well?
