I suggest everyone taking part in the upcoming New York in Genres.
What will New York in Genres be like?
It’ll be a list of your short recommendations of films about New York City or set there. One film for one genre. And a few sentences you would like to say about your choice.
What is the aim of this event?
To create a knockout list about awesome films with recommendations, written by many members of film-loving community; and to demonstrate with this little example that we are able to create something relatively huge by contributing just a bit.
Why would you like to participate?
Because it’s extremely easy and fun. Seriously, it can take 10 minutes of your time only, but it’s very satisfying to read the ultimate post, written by so many people.
